Audio Convert Terms of Service

Agreement to these Terms

Audio Convert is an AI speech recognition platform for real-time transcription powered by OpenAI Whisper, with support for more than 100 languages. Accessing or using the service means you agree to these Terms of Service. Do not use Audio Convert if you do not accept every term below.

Permitted use of Audio Convert

The service provides AI speech recognition and real-time transcription across more than 100 languages. Your use of Audio Convert must comply with every applicable local, state, national, and international law and regulation.

Registration and account responsibilities

Some service features require an account. The following duties apply:

1. Accurate registration: You must submit complete and accurate information when creating the account.
2. Credential protection: You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
3. Security notice: You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account use or another security breach.

Content ownership and intellectual property

Copyright protects the content made available through Audio Convert, including its AI models, algorithms, interface, and documentation. audioconvert.app is the copyright owner of Audio Convert.

You receive no ownership in the underlying technology or intellectual property that comprises the service and must respect the rights of audioconvert.app and third parties. You continue to own your audio recordings and the transcriptions generated from them; ownership of the core platform and AI technology remains with audioconvert.app.

Activities that are not allowed

While using the service, you may not:

• access or distribute our proprietary AI models or algorithms without authorization;
• resell or redistribute Audio Convert services unless authorized;
• disrupt or interfere with service security or performance;
• use Audio Convert for an illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• attempt to evade or bypass service security features.

Privacy and collected data

Audio Convert collects these categories of information:

• account information supplied during registration;
• service usage details associated with your activity;
• information about the device used to access the service;
• cookie data used to improve the service experience;
• billing and payment information needed to process charges.

Prices, purchases, and payment

Audio Convert is supplied “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant or represent that the service will be accurate, reliable, or available, and we disclaim warranties to the greatest extent the law permits.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, audioconvert.app is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service or an inability to use it.

Your indemnification obligation
